Antiqus Bålsta AB is a small family business owned by Tommy and Irina. We have been around since 2015.

We have an antique & curiosities shop in Bålsta, also traveling around to various fairs, but we mainly sell online, primarily on Tradera, both through auctions and fixed prices.

What we sell is antique and better second-hand items. It can be anything from ceramics to postcards and comic books.

We have built a good system, and much is based today on order and structure that we would like to reinforce and spread throughout the rest of the company.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• You create a good connection with customers by carefully and clearly photographing/describing our products in the listings.
• Since we often deal with items that are not mass-produced, it is good to be able to search for information via Google Lens/Chat GPT or similar to get additional information about an item. However, you must have critical thinking and assessment skills.
• When a customer has purchased/won one or more items and paid, you will pack the items and help ship them. Sometimes you will build boxes tailored to the size of the items. We sell within Sweden, the EU, and worldwide. Therefore, it is very important to package well so that the items arrive intact to the recipient.
• You have problem-solving skills with customers and Tradera when needed.
• You maintain contact with customers from the beginning to the final step of the sales process. You care deeply about our positive reviews on Tradera and ensuring customers return to us.
• You manage our inventory with precision, good order, and structure.
• You relist items that have ended according to our sales system.
• You update the website as needed.
• You are meticulous, easy to learn, positive, and responsible.
• You can work both independently and as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• You are seeking a job with wage subsidy.
• You have an interest in old things.
• You have no problem working in tight spaces, with dirty/dusty items, and preparing them.
• You will work closely with a supervisor at first and are easy to learn.
• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license B.
• Experience with social media or media sales is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of web design.
• Secretary/receptionist,
• Administrative assistant,
• Inventory management,
• You live in Bålsta.
• You can work Monday to Saturday.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Probationary employment at part-time 50% for 3 months, with the possibility of full-time employment.
